Rules

House rules:

1. Check the Mbus app for real-time updates.
2. Please arrive at your pick-up point 5-10 minutes prior to departure.
3. Eating and drinking is not allowed. Please do not leave any litter on the bus.
4. Folding bikes and e-steps are not allowed on the bus, with the exception of the shuttlebus going to Eiland Zwijnaarde. Please note that in the latter case, there has to be enough space for your bike/step and it should not discomfort any other passengers.
5. You can cancel your ride free of charge before the cancellation deadline. If you cancel after the deadline, 50% of the ride fare will be charged.
