Face mask required

From May 4th, wearing a face mask is MANDATORY on the Max Mobiel.

Note : Max Mobiel does not leave any room for interpretation!
A face mask = a face mask.
A scarf or the likes of will not suffice, it must be a face mask that you can wear easily before, while waiting and during and after the trip.

Mbus makes linking employees easier

Max Mobiel has expanded the functionality for adding employees. Employers can now link existing employees (i.e. employees who are already registered with Max Mobiel) themselves, without having to contact the Call Center.

This short guide describes the new features and the behavior of this functionality.

Max Mobiel call center during the Christmas holidays

The Max Mobiel call center will be closed on 25 and 26 December, and on 31 December and 1 and 2 January 2026.

During these days, we will not be reachable by phone.

However, the service will continue as usual on 26 December and 2 January.
