Shuttle lines on hold

For the shuttle lines:

Gent Sint-Pieters -> Arcelor Mittal;
Gent Sint-Pieters -> Deinze and
Merelbeke station -> Axxes Business Park

... Restart is not possible yet. Partners are not yet interested in restarting under the same conditions before the crisis and with the measures currently in force, or there is simply no potential.

We will of course continue to monitor this closely, we hope that this will change soon and we will keep you informed.

Mbus makes linking employees easier

Max Mobiel has expanded the functionality for adding employees. Employers can now link existing employees (i.e. employees who are already registered with Max Mobiel) themselves, without having to contact the Call Center.

This short guide describes the new features and the behavior of this functionality.

Max Mobiel call center during the Christmas holidays

The Max Mobiel call center will be closed on 25 and 26 December, and on 31 December and 1 and 2 January 2026.

During these days, we will not be reachable by phone.

However, the service will continue as usual on 26 December and 2 January.
